Refund Policy

Note: All processing fees ($5 for each transaction) are non-refundable.


Once a membership fee has been processed, the membership dues are non-refundable.


Players withdrawing from an event before the cancellation date and/or before tee times have been posted are entitled to a full refund, minus a $5 transaction fee.The cancellation date is always at 12 p.m., 1 week prior to the tournament date.  All entry fees will be refunded on the original form of payment used.



Players withdrawing from an event after the cancellation date or after tee times have been posted are not entitled to a refund. Exceptions to this policy include injury, illness, or family emergency only. The Tournament Director determines whether a refund may be issued.
